Health + Life Coach

Hello Everyone! My name is Kelly McCormick and I am a Health, Wellness, and Life Coach. I specialize in helping young professional women maintain and better their overall health so they can become the best version of themselves, while maintaining their busy schedules! I focus on behavior change, nutrition, and personal growth. I tailor my sessions to encourage and teach clients on mindful eating techniques and engage in an anti-diet mindset.

I have a bachelors degree in Health Science and a strong passion for health education.

90 day Breakthrough Group Coaching program

  • 12 webinar sessions in a group setting, with a one-on-one coaching feel.

  • 3 one-on-one private sessions with me, once a month.

  • Access to a comprehensive in-depth guide explaining how to phase out processed foods from your diet.

  • Knowledge on how to establish intuition and awareness around healthy behaviors. We will focus on setting goals, increasing energy in relation to food, honoring and appreciating your body and thoughts around food, letting go of self-sabotaging, putting yourself first, healing old wounds, and many more!
