Simple Mantras and Reminders!

This past week on my social media, i’ve been talking about how I work as a life coach as well as a health coach. I introduce myself first, always, as a health coach - but I am also a life coach! As a life coach, my main goal is to help and educate my clients to overcome their fear to live a life that is greater while maintaining a healthy outlook on life!

With that being said, here are a few mantras and little reminders I tell my clients and myself when life gets tough!

  • ShiFt happens, yes the F is capitalized! (Not shit happens) haha.

  • A big life is going to have big struggles, forever riding that rollercoaster!

  • Nothing happens TO you, it only happens FOR you. Repeat that.

  • Nothing changes in the world or yourself until you are willing to make that change.

  • There is never a downside to taking advantage of your own experience.

  • Your challenges are your greatest gifts!

  • You cannot change how someone acts but you can change how you REact.
