Maintaining a Fresh Outlook on Life- ALWAYS! Not just the start of a New Year!

Here are a few tips on how to strive for healthy 2020 goals, while you successfully maintain them:

Why is it that we are always setting out to make New Years resolutions, but we most always end up dropping them? OR honestly - forgetting them? It’s because a lot of times, we don’t hold ourselves fully accountable. Holding yourself accountable for the things you do, say, and how you act are so important. Having an accountability partner or something to remind you of why you are doing what you’re doing is so crucial to maintaining goals. This can be as simple as looking at the rings you wear everyday, and associating that object with your new goals. You see it and wear it everyday- now start noticing it and associating it with your goals!

Next, it is important to manifest only pure truth and intentions into your goals in order for them to succeed. And when we set resolutions, intentions, and goals - make sure they are set for the right reasons. For instance, you could say your New Years resolution is to loose 20 pounds and when you do actually get to that point, will you wholly and entirely feel better? Most likely we are always wanting more, always wanting something else, something better, something bigger.. It is important to put intent behind your goals.

And lastly, do not let the ego get in your way of your goals. Do not start a goal because your ego says to start it, start a goal because your heart and your spirit want you to. For instance, starting a goal of “making $100,00 this year” could be your ego getting in the way of your higher self simply wanting to be successful in life and business. This will mean you are creating something for a better purpose - not just to make more money. No amount of numbers in the bank, not a faster car, not a bigger piece of jewelry will fill our “voids” or fulfill our goals.

With that being said, set a 2020 goal that is attainable, fun, and whole-nurtured for yourself.. you’ll be surprised what you are capable of achieving!
