My Easy Go-To Smoothie Recipe!
Its cold outside but I still love my smoothies!
I have been on a serious smoothie kick recently, I’ve been trying different things and perfecting my fave smoothie. This recipe is easy to make and you can take it on the go whenever you’re in a hurry!
-1 cup of frozen blueberries
-Equal parts your choice of milk (I like almond or coconut)
-A BIG handful of spinach
-Half an avocado (makes it super creamy!)
-Superseeds mixture! (Hemp, flax, and chia) This will keep you fuller longer!
You can add protein powder to that mixture if you’d like, but this is what I stick to and it keeps me full for at least 4 hours!! I’m not hungry again until lunch time, which is perfect! Enjoy! :)
